Last updated: July 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Safro mobile applications and website (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Safro is a technology platform that connects riders who need transport with independent drivers who provide it. Safro facilitates bookings, fare calculation and payments between riders and drivers.

2. Eligibility & accounts

3. Bookings & fares

4. Payments

Online payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By paying online you also agree to the terms of the relevant payment provider. Safro is not responsible for issues arising solely from the payment provider.

5. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation and refund handling is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. User conduct

7. Driver relationship

Drivers using Safro are independent service providers and not employees of Safro. Safro is not the provider of the transport itself but the platform that enables the connection.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Services in a way that harms other users, drivers or Safro.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes are subject to the courts of District Jhang, Punjab, Pakistan.
